Going abroad on a long term basis generates multiple modifications in someone’s environment and lifestyle. In this video, Doctor Stephanie Tan explores the multiple aspects of those changes such as alimentation, physical activity, pollution and accessibility to resources, regarding her own experience in Korea to uncover how health habits face transformations when in a new country.
