Housing in Korea | Part 2: New measures towards safer housing

As affordable housing becomes scarcer in the Seoul metropolitan region, it is important for the South Korean government and municipalities to create policies promoting a secure housing environment. Jack Greenberg, master student at Korea University acknowledges the urban transition of the last decades and explores which measures could be adopted to ensure the promotion of secure affordable housing.
