NOVAsia magazine had the opportunity to sit down with Ambassador and Deputy Minister for Climate Change of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea, H.E. Kim Hyoeun, to discuss the far-reaching implications of climate change and how to overcome them in a regional and international context, as well as South Korea’s role in tackling this global crisis.

Born and raised near Montreal Canada, Beckie is a graduate student pursuing Korean Studies at Yonsei GSIS. Passionate about culture and cinema, she participated in various video documentary projects and had the chance to attend workshops in France and the Philippines.
